Description:

These ABM Dinner Rolls are a delightful addition to any meal! They’re incredibly easy to make and incredibly delicious. Perfect for those busy days when you want something homemade without all the hassle. Plus, they freeze beautifully, making them a convenient go-to for quick meals. You’ll love the soft texture and savory flavor of these rolls!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for egg wash)

Instructions:

Step Details
1 Add water, eggs, butter or margarine, sugar, salt, bread flour, and bread machine yeast to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle and start.
2 Once the dough cycle is complete, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough if necessary until it’s easy to handle.
3 Shape the dough into rolls as desired. A popular option is to divide the dough into halves, then each half into eight pieces, making a total of sixteen pieces. You can further divide each piece into three for cloverleaf rolls. Place them in a muffin tin for baking.
4 Cover the rolls and let them rise until doubled in size, which usually takes about 20-30 minutes.
5 In a small bowl, beat the egg and sugar together to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of the rolls with the egg wash.
6 Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
7 Bake the rolls for 12-14 minutes or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
8 Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these delicious ABM Dinner Rolls as a perfect accompaniment to any meal!

These rolls are best served warm, straight from the oven, but they also taste great at room temperature. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a few days, or freeze them for longer storage. Just reheat them in the microwave or oven for a quick and tasty treat anytime!
