Gule Sapi Super Simpel (Simple Beef Curry)
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef (cut for rendang)
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pack of thick coconut milk (I use Kara brand)
- Seasoning to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 pack of ready-made gulai spice (I use Bamboe brand)
- 500 cc of water
- 100 ml of beef broth
Instructions:
- Pressure cook the beef for 25 minutes. The leftover beef broth can be used as baby food, moms!
- Fry the potatoes that have been cut into desired sizes and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic and gulai spice until fragrant.
- Add the pressure-cooked beef and water, then bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the coconut milk, fried potatoes, seasoning, and sugar to taste.
- Continue to cook until the curry thickens slightly. Your delicious gule sapi is now ready to be served!
