- 300g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 Rosemary Sprigs
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper Powder (to taste)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and let it warm for about 15 minutes.
- Spread the cherry tomatoes on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over them. Add salt and black pepper powder, and mix well.
- Crush the garlic cloves in a mortar and pestle and scatter it over the tomatoes on the tray. Break the rosemary sprigs into small pieces and add them to the tray. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Place the baking tray in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
- After roasting, remove the tray from the oven and allow the tomatoes to cool for a few minutes.
- Once cooled, transfer the roasted tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the puree into a saucepan with 1 cup of water. Bring it to a boil. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.
- Once the soup reaches a good consistency, transfer it to a bowl and serve.
