Super Simple Grilled Chicken (Ayam Bakar Super Simpel)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg chicken wings
  • Water (as needed)
  • Spice Blend:
    • 1 chili pepper (adjust to taste)
    • 6 shallots
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • Turmeric (to taste)
    • Ginger (to taste)
    • Salt (to taste)
    • Sugar (to taste)
    • 2 bay leaves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Rub the chicken wings with salt and ginger. Let it sit for a while, then rinse thoroughly and drain.
