Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg chicken wings
- Water (as needed)
- Spice Blend:
- 1 chili pepper (adjust to taste)
- 6 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- Turmeric (to taste)
- Ginger (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- 2 bay leaves
