Beef Teriyaki: Super Simple & Delicious

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • A splash of cooking oil

Marinade:

  • Salt, to taste
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Place the slices in a bowl and add all the marinade ingredients. Mix well, ensuring each slice of beef is coated.
