Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water ๐

- 1 cup white sugar ๐
- 1 cup brown sugar ๐ค
- 1/2 cup butter, softened ๐ง
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour ๐พ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ๐ฅ
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ๐
- 2 eggs ๐ฅ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ๐ฟ
- 1 cup raisins ๐
