Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Mix the ground beef and lamb together in a large bowl until well combined.

  4. Pour the egg mixture into the meats and mix thoroughly.

  5. Add all other ingredients except for 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix well, using your hands for thorough blending.
