Fire Wings Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken wings
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons Sasa Original Seasoned Flour
- For the fire sauce:
- 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 packet Bon Cabe Level 30 (chili powder)
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Chicken Wings: Begin by washing the chicken wings thoroughly. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt along with the minced garlic. Add the chicken wings to the pot and simmer for approximately 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
-
Prepare the Coating: In a small bowl, dissolve 4 tablespoons of the Sasa Original Seasoned Flour in enough cold water to make a thick batter. Place the remaining dry seasoned flour in a separate dish. Once the chicken wings are cooked, remove them from the pot and let them drain. Dip each wing into the wet flour batter, then coat thoroughly with the dry flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
-
Fry the Wings: Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken wings in batches, turning occasionally, until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
-
Prepare the Fire Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the barbecue sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and Bon Cabe Level 30. Stir well to combine and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors. Remove from heat.
-
Coat the Wings: Transfer the fried chicken wings to a large bowl. Pour the prepared fire sauce over the wings and toss well until the wings are evenly coated.
-
Serve: Your Fire Wings Chicken is now ready to enjoy! Serve hot and savor the spicy, tangy flavors.
Feel free to adjust the level of heat by modifying the amount of chili sauce and Bon Cabe according to your taste preferences. Enjoy this fiery and delicious dish with your favorite sides or as a standalone treat!
