Spicy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- Flour seasoning for fried chicken (for coating)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 15 small red chilies
- 2 tablespoons Del Monte BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt, sugar, and Royco seasoning to taste
- Water, as needed
- Optional: a splash of soy sauce

Prepare the Chicken: Coat the chicken pieces with flour seasoning, similar to how you would prepare for fried chicken. Set aside.

Make the Spice Blend: In a blender, combine the garlic and small red chilies. Blend until you have a smooth paste.

Cook the Spices: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the blended garlic and chili mixture to the pan. Sauté until fragrant and the oil starts to separate from the paste.

Add Sauces: Stir in the Del Monte BBQ sauce and oyster sauce. Add a small amount of water to help the sauces combine and to adjust the consistency.
