Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized fish, chopped into pieces
- 4 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1-inch ginger
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 10-12 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 6 cumin seeds
- 1 turmeric powder
- 1 red chilies
- 6 tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Oil for cooking

Prepare the Fish:
- Chop the fish into medium-sized pieces and set aside.

Prepare Ginger-Garlic Paste:
- In a mixer or blender, combine garlic, ginger, and fresh coriander leaves to make a smooth paste.

- Coat the fish pieces with the ginger-garlic-coriander paste, turmeric powder, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

- In the same mixer or blender, make a paste of cloves, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, red chilies, and coriander seeds. Set aside.

- Incorporate chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
- Now, add the prepared spice paste (cinnamon-clove paste) and fry for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
