Ingredients:

4 Red snapper fillets
1 1/2 Fresh lemon juice
1 Green bell pepper
1/2 Onion
1/2 Dry white wine
1/2 Fresh parsley
1 Dried basil
1/2 Cayenne pepper

1/4 Cooked rice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Sprinkle the fillets with lemon juice.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
