Ingredients:
- 1 large can of King Fisher sardines
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 piece of ginger (about 1 inch)
- Seasoning (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
- Granulated sugar (to taste)
- Cooking oil
- A small amount of water
Preparation Steps:
- Prepare the Sardines: Begin by carefully opening the can of sardines and setting it aside.
- Chop and Sauté: Slice the ginger, onion, and red chili pepper. Heat a bit of cooking oil in a pan, then add the ginger, onion, and red chili pepper. Sauté until the mixture becomes fragrant.
- Combine and Simmer: Gently add the sardines to the pan, stirring carefully to avoid breaking the fish. Add the seasoning, salt, ground black pepper, and granulated sugar according to your taste. Pour in a small amount of water to slightly thin the sardine sauce.
