- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger

- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 sachet of level 13 chili powder (Bon Cabe)
- 1 sachet of honey (Madurasa)
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon margarine for sautéing
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped for garnish

- Squeeze the juice of the lime over the chicken wings and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Rinse the chicken wings again to remove the lime juice.
