Fiery Indonesian Sardine Stir-Fry

Spicy Sardine Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of ABC Sardines
  • 1 large green chili
  • 6 bird’s eye chilies (cabe setan)
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chilies, shallots, and garlic thinly.
  2. Sauté them until fragrant in a pan.
  3. Add the canned sardines along with a little water. No need to add salt as the sardines are already seasoned.
  4. Allow it to simmer until fully infused and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your spicy treat! 🌶️🍲
