Spicy Sardine Delight
Ingredients:
- 1 can of ABC Sardines
- 1 large green chili
- 6 bird’s eye chilies (cabe setan)
- 3 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
Instructions:
- Slice the chilies, shallots, and garlic thinly.
- Sauté them until fragrant in a pan.
- Add the canned sardines along with a little water. No need to add salt as the sardines are already seasoned.
- Allow it to simmer until fully infused and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your spicy treat! 🌶️🍲
