Spicy Tuna Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fresh tuna fish
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 5 shallots
  • 5 large red chilies, seeds removed
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies
  • 10 curly red chilies
  • Palm sugar syrup or brown sugar dissolved in water
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, crushed
  • Water
  • Lime juice
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Preparation Steps:

  1. Clean the Tuna:
    Begin by thoroughly cleaning the tuna fish. Once cleaned, coat the fish with a mixture of lime juice and salt. Allow it to sit and marinate for a while to infuse the flavors.

  2. Steam and Fry:
