Title: Ria’s Spicy Tuna Sambal 😘
Ingredients:

- 4 pieces of tuna fish (cut into halves)
- 6 curly red chilies
- 10 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 large tomato
- 4 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 candlenuts
- 1 segment of galangal
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lime
- Salt, sugar, and chicken broth powder (to taste)
- Sufficient cooking oil for frying and sautéing
Instructions:

Clean the tuna fish thoroughly, rub with salt and lime juice, then set aside.

Grind the red chilies, bird’s eye chilies, shallots, garlic, candlenuts, and tomato into a smooth paste.

Slice the kaffir lime leaves, discarding the stems. Bruise the galangal.

Fry the tuna fish until cooked through.

Heat some cooking oil in a pan. Sauté the ground spice paste, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and bay leaves until fragrant.

Add the fried tuna fish into the pan. Season with salt, sugar, and chicken broth powder to taste. Cook until the spices are well absorbed.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
