Tumis Tuna Cabai Merah (Spicy Stir-Fried Tuna)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tuna: Cut the fresh tuna into large, uniform cubes to ensure even cooking.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and chop them into small cubes.
  3. Make the Spice Paste: Combine the red chilies, green chilies, salt, black pepper, shallots, garlic, and a bit of water in a mortar and pestle, grinding until you have a smooth paste. While preparing the spice paste, heat oil in a pan and fry the cubed potatoes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
