Instructions:

  1. Prepare Potatoes:

    • Peel the potatoes and boil them until they are fully cooked.
    • Mash the cooked potatoes with the first measure of butter and milk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    • While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the filling.
    • In a saucepan, melt the second measure of butter over medium heat.
