  • 250 grams beef skin (cecek)

  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Seasoning powder, to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Water, as needed

Steps:

    • Slice the tofu into cubes and fry until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Beef Skin:

    • Slice the beef skin into thin strips.
