Mile High Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
