Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the margarine using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Pour in the 7-Up all at once and stir with a fork until the dough is moistened.
