Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the whole milk at room temperature. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Next, gradually add the oat flour to the egg-milk mixture, stirring continuously until you have a smooth, runny batter. -
Heat the Pan

Cook the Crepes
