Pumpkin 600g
Acacia honey 100g
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 4 tbsp
Eggs 2
Fresh cream 150ml
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Ground nutmeg 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling the pumpkin and removing the seeds. Cut it into small chunks to prepare for cooking.

  2. Add the eggs and flour to the pumpkin chunks, mixing everything thoroughly. The pumpkin should be slightly mashed to form a thick batter.

  3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pumpkin mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  4. Bake the pumpkin mixture for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the edges begin to pull away from the sides of the dish and the top turns golden brown.

  5. Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let the pumpkin dessert cool for a few minutes.

  6. Gently flip the dessert onto a plate to remove it from the dish. Allow it to cool completely before serving.
