  • 1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • Spice Paste:
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 5 shallots
    • 2 slices galangal
    • 1 slice turmeric
    • A small piece of lesser galangal
    • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
    • Salt
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • Kaffir lime leaves
    • 2 lemongrass stalks
    • 1 slice ginger
