Mackerel Fish Soup with Fresh Vegetables (MSG-Free)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg mackerel fish, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 10 baby green beans
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 1 medium-sized potato
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 shallots, minced
- 4 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (totole)
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp granulated sugar

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Grind the shallots and garlic into a paste.
- Cut the vegetables and mackerel fish into bite-sized pieces according to preference.

- Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pot.
