I usually get garlic bologna, just because it adds a little more flavor to the spread. Please note it will take longer to make if you have a hand-crank style grinder.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound garlic bologna
  • 1 pound cheese
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup pickle relish

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Cut the bologna and cheese into large chunks.
2 Using a meat grinder, grind the bologna, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs into a large bowl.
3 Add Miracle Whip and pickle relish and stir until mixed well.
4 Serve on crackers or make a sandwich with the spread.
