Ayam Goreng Mentega Gampil bin Gacil

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken wings (or any part of the chicken you prefer)
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 3 large cloves of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Begin by boiling the chicken wings in water until they are tender. Once cooked, drain them well and set aside.

  2. Chop the Aromatics: Finely chop the onion and garlic, setting them aside for later use.

  3. Fry the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken wings to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown, but not overly crispy. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  4. Sauté the Aromatics: In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant, using the residual butter from frying the chicken to enhance the flavor.

  5. Combine and Glaze: Pour in the soy sauce and stir briefly to combine. Add the previously fried chicken wings back into the skillet, stirring to coat them evenly with the aromatic butter and soy sauce mixture.

  6. Finish and Serve: Turn off the heat and allow the chicken to absorb the flavors for a minute or so. Serve hot with a side of warm white rice.

Enjoy the delightful flavors of this Ayam Goreng Mentega Gampil bin Gacil recipe, perfect for a comforting and satisfying meal!
