Description:

This quick glaze for steak makes a nice meal for two if you have a little time to let it marinate it; otherwise, set it up the night before, and you’ll have flavorful steaks ready to grill when you get home. These work on a regular grill, a Foreman-type grill, or on the broiler.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 steak of your choice (trimmed of excess fat)

1 Trim any excess fat from the steak and score diagonal lines on both sides of the steak, being careful not to cut all the way through.
2 In a bowl, mix together the garlic, Dijon mustard, ginger, and soy sauce until well combined.
