Memaw’s Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Light brown sugar
1 Egg
2 Egg whites
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 cups Mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
