Instructions:

Step Description
1 In a covered saucepan, bring enough salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 10 minutes.
2 Drain the cauliflower and place it in a greased 9″ pie plate.
3 Sprinkle the diced onion, green pepper, and shredded colby cheese over the cauliflower in the pie plate.
4 In a blender container, combine the frozen cauliflower, milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper. Cover and blend for 15 seconds, or beat for 1 minute with a rotary beater.
5 Pour the mixture from the blender over the cauliflower and cheese in the pie plate.
6 Bake the quiche at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
7 Allow the quiche to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
