Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 1/2 – 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small red potato, diced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup whole mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, diced

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Heat oil in a wok or Dutch oven over medium heat.
2 Add chicken and minced garlic to the wok and cook for about 3 minutes, turning the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
3 Sprinkle salt, paprika, and black pepper over the chicken.
4 Add diced potatoes, white wine, and 1/4 cup of water to the wok.
5 Cover and cook for 20 minutes, allowing the chicken and potatoes to simmer until tender.
6 Add sliced mushrooms, diced red bell pepper, and rosemary to the wok.
7 Cover again and cook for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
8 Remove the cover and cook for another 10 minutes, allowing the pan juices to reduce slightly.
