- Slice the white portions of 3 onions and reserve the remaining onions for later use.
- Slice the gingerroot into thin pieces.

- Process the mixture for 30 seconds until well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Stir in the sliced onions into the chicken mixture.

- Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a damp towel and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
