Surprise Parcels Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 16 sheets phyllo pastry
- 500 grams chili powder
- Green onion, for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare Tomato Puree:
- In a saucepan, season the tomato puree with sugar, salt, and chili powder.
- Bring it to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.

Cook Chicken Mixture:
- Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in ginger-garlic paste and diced chicken, and sauté for a few minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Add chopped green chilies and coriander, and mix well.
- Keeping the flame high, crack an egg into the chicken mixture and stir immediately until the egg is cooked.
- Allow the mixture to cool.

Prepare Parcels:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the phyllo pastry sheets into 4″ squares.
- Brush oil on one square and place another square on top.
- Spoon a teaspoon of the cooled chicken mixture onto the center of the pastry squares.
- Gather up the edges to form a parcel, sealing them tightly.

Bake:
- Grease a baking sheet and arrange all the parcels on it.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the parcels turn golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.

Garnish and Serve:
- Tie the green parts of spring onions around each parcel for an attractive presentation.
- Spoon some tomato puree onto each plate, place the parcels on top, and serve hot.
