9 Add blanched pumpkin and sauté gently for 5-7 minutes. 7 mins
10 Now add coconut milk, cover the lid and let the gravy simmer on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. 12 mins
11 Stir occasionally. 1 min
12 Serve warm with breads or steamed white rice.
