Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 Stick of butter
1 Can of corn
1 Cup of sour cream
1 Cup of cheese
8 Chopped onion
1/2 Green bell pepper
1/2 Cup of chopped pimiento

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Heat oven to 350°F.

    • Melt the stick of butter in a 13×9 inch baking dish, ensuring it’s evenly spread across the bottom.
  3. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients except for the cheese. Stir until well blended.
  4. Assemble:

    • Pour the mixture into the buttered baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Add Cheese:

    • Sprinkle the cup of cheese evenly over the top of the mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake:

    • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  7. Serve:
