Chinese Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 1/2 inch ginger, grated
  • Flour (quantity as needed)

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken Thighs:

    • In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with white pepper, light soy sauce, rice wine, and grated ginger.

  2. Prepare the Dredging Mixture:
