Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 1/2 cups oats (divided into 2 cups and 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 🌡️
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, sift together whole wheat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
