Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup peas
- 8 green olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg glaze)

- In a large mixing bowl, create a well in the center of the flour.
- Add butter, shortening, eggs, salt, and 1 cup of water into the well.
- Using your hands, mix and knead the ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and sautΓ© onions and garlic until soft.
