Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sherry wine vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry, then cut them in half.
    • In a small pan, heat the butter and oil until liquid, then set aside.
    • Take a large, heavy-based frying pan, heat it, and add 2 tablespoons of fat.
  2. Cooking Chicken:

    • Fry the chicken on high heat until it turns white on both sides, then remove it from the pan and conserve the fat.
