Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 pounds fresh carrots
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Fresh chives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

  2. Prepare the Carrots:
