Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2 Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking sheet to prepare it for the batter.
3 In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and well combined.
4 Add the eggs to the creamed mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5 Beat in the vanilla extract until incorporated.
6 In a separate bowl, combine the flour, Golden Graham cereal, 3/4 cup of oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
7 Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture, stirring until just combined.
8 Stir in 3/4 cup of peanuts and 2/3 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
9 Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
10 Coarsely chop the remaining peanuts and sprinkle them over the top of the batter, along with the remaining oats and chocolate chips.
