Potato, Onion & Rosemary Pizza 🍕

Description: Don’t be put off by the idea of potatoes on a pizza. Potato pizza, known as Pizza di Patate, is a traditional dish in Milan, Italy. This savory delight combines the earthy flavors of Yukon gold potatoes with the aromatic essence of fresh rosemary, caramelized onions, and a blend of cheeses, creating a culinary masterpiece that will tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 yellow onion

  • Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Pizza Dough:

  2. Preheat Oven:
