Description: Nice and easy quick bread. You can also make 12 muffins instead. Just grease 12 muffin-pan cups or line with liners and bake until brown, about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 eggs
2 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark raisins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
