Ingredients:
- 6-8 pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (for sauce)
- 2 teaspoons black pepper (for sauce)
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soya sauce
- 4 tablespoons white wine
- 1 tablespoon plum sauce
- 6 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses
Instructions:

- Place the pork ribs in a large pot.
- Cover them with water.
- Add thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot.
