Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, olive oil, and honey. Beat until well incorporated.
- Add clove, cinnamon, and orange rind to the bowl, and mix with other ingredients.
- Dilute baking powder and baking soda with fruit juice, then incorporate into the mixture along with walnuts and semolina. Beat continuously.
- Gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into pieces, shaping them into oblong rounds resembling small eggs. Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
- Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by blending water, honey, and sugar in a saucepan. Boil for about 10 minutes.
