Ingredients:
- 10 chicken wings
- 6 shallots
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1-inch ginger
- 1-inch galangal, bruised
- 1/2-inch turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 candlenuts
- 100 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lemongrass, bruised
- Fried shallots for garnish
