Title: Margarine Marinated Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken wings, cleaned
- 1/2 onion, sliced lengthwise
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- Sugar and ground pepper, to taste
- 75g margarine
- 100ml water
- Chicken marinade:
- 2 tsp lime juice
- Salt, to taste

Marinate the chicken wings with salt and lime juice. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.

Melt margarine in the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Add the fried chicken wings and mix well.

Pour in water. Season with ground pepper and sugar to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken wings.
