Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken wings, cleaned
  • 1/2 onion, sliced lengthwise
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 75g margarine

  1. Marinate the chicken wings with salt and lime juice. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.

  3. Melt margarine in the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Add the fried chicken wings and mix well.
