  • 4-6 cups sugar

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Boil 4 quarts of water.
2 Add 1 quart (packed tight) tea stems and leaves.
3 Bring to a boil.
4 Turn off the heat, and steep for 1/2-1 hour, pressing tea down in water periodically.
5 Remove leaves and stems.
6 Strain through cheesecloth (or tightly-knit dish towel).
7 Add 4-6 cups sugar.
8 Stir until dissolved.
9 Place in freezer boxes, cool completely, and freeze.
10 To prepare: Mix 1 concentrate plus 2-3 concentrate boxes full of water and serve!
