Title: Chicken and Onion Steamed Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into preferred pieces (I cut mine into 12)
  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 stalks spring onions, diagonally sliced
  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
  • 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
  • Chicken seasoning to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the chicken and all ingredients into a 2-liter pot of water.
  2. Cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Chicken and onion steamed dish is ready to be served.

This simple and flavorful dish combines tender chicken with the aromatic flavors of onions, garlic, and ginger, making it a delightful addition to any mealtime.
