Instructions:

Step Description
1 Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika on the turkey cutlet, ensuring it’s evenly seasoned.
2 In a shallow dish, mix together the flour and parmesan cheese. Dredge the seasoned turkey cutlet in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.
3 In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until melted and sizzling.
4 Add the coated turkey cutlet to the skillet and sprinkle minced garlic on top. Cook the turkey until it’s no longer pink, turning once, for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5 Once the turkey is cooked, remove it from the skillet and transfer it to a plate. Cover loosely with foil to keep it warm.
6 In the same skillet, add the marsala wine and lemon juice, using a wooden spoon to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Allow the sauce to simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until slightly reduced and thickened.
7 To serve, place the cooked turkey cutlet on a serving plate and spoon the marsala sauce over the top. Garnish with lemon wedges for a bright, citrusy finish. Enjoy your delicious Kathie Lee Gifford’s Turkey Marsala with your favorite sides!

Recipe Notes:

  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences. You can add more or less salt, pepper, or paprika to suit your liking.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can mix a little cornstarch with water and add it to the skillet during the final minutes of cooking to thicken the sauce.
  • This recipe pairs well with a variety of side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple green salad.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Simply reheat in the microwave or on the stove until warmed through before serving.
